NIKOLAJ SKADBORG

Nikolaj Skadborg has spent the last 15 years honing his skills at some of Denmark’s best restaurants. Additionally, he spent 6 years as a member of the Danish National Culinary Team, excelling in competitions both domestically and internationally.

In 2018, he ventured out on his own with a deep desire to bring the same uncompromising dining experiences from his past employments into private homes. Since then, he has also delivered exclusive experiences for corporate events, weddings, and much more.
