We offer tailored solo masterclasses, courses for 2-8 people, as well as larger groups of up to 30 for events such as teambuilding.
You will learn to handle and prepare some of the finest ingredients that the fields, earth, and waters around us offer. We follow the seasons, and you can look forward to working with items like Txogitxu beef, Bresse chicken, Norwegian scallops, turbot, Danish black lobster, Bora Bora vanilla, truffles, Danish asparagus, and other exclusive ingredients that are at their peak right now.
We are uncompromising in our selection of ingredients, and you will work with sustainably and gently caught fish, meat from responsible producers, and seasonal local vegetables.
You Learn Everything from Scratch
We start from the very beginning, teaching you how to handle ingredients, prepare them, cook, and season them – and not least, how to plate them beautifully to create an aesthetic experience on the plate.
You will be instructed in techniques and master skills such as filleting, deboning, butchering, seasoning, roasting, and all the culinary craftsmanship needed to create an extraordinary dining experience.
We enjoy wonderful wines, beers, or non-alcoholic alternatives along the way, and finally, we sit down together to savor the delicious meal we’ve prepared.
