Choosing the perfect wine for food is an often underestimated art. When you find the right pairing, it can be a magical combination and taste experience, just as the wrong wine can dampen the joy of an otherwise wonderful dining experience.

Even as we select the ingredients and think about the menu, we're already thinking about the right wine to harmonize with the food. We smell and taste our way to the right match while composing the menu.

What is Private Dining?
Private Dining is an exclusive gastronomic experience that brings the intimate restaurant atmosphere directly into your own home. You'll have your own private chef preparing and serving a bespoke menu inspired by the best restaurants, but delivered in the comfort of your home. A perfect way to celebrate a special occasion or just to enjoy an unforgettable evening with friends and family.
What is included in private dining?
When you book private dining, it includes your own private chef who takes care of cooking, serving and cleanup. For dinners of up to 20 people, we bring all the necessary tableware for serving the food. You provide your own glasses and cutlery, unless you want to rent tableware or leave the table setting to us. This can be arranged in advance to save you the hassle and ensure that the tableware and glasses match the menu perfectly.
Can the menu for my private dining be customized to my wishes and needs?
We are dedicated to delivering tailor-made gastronomic experiences based on every wish. However, we have found that guided menus are best for both parties.
Do you cater for allergies and preferences?
Yes, we always take allergies and preferences into account when planning your private dining experience. We strive to deliver a menu that is as close to the original as possible, while taking any allergies into account. It is important that you inform us of any allergies and preferences at least 7 days before the event so we can ensure that everything is adapted at no extra cost.
How long are you present at a private dining event?
For private dining, we arrive an hour to an hour and a half before the first serving. In some cases it may be necessary for us to arrive earlier.
Our essential experiences typically last 3-4 hours, while our ultimate experiences typically last 5-6 hours.
We are typically ready to leave the address half an hour after the last serving.
What kitchen facilities do you need?
In order to deliver an unforgettable private dining experience, we require access to a fully equipped kitchen. This means that we need access to:
- Regular stove and oven
- Refrigeration and freezer
- Washbasin
We bring all the necessary utensils and make sure to leave the kitchen as we found it. So you can relax and enjoy your gastronomic experience while our chef takes care of the rest.
What do I need to take care of myself?
To create the perfect private dining experience, set a beautiful table with cutlery, glasses and other elements that you think belong to the perfect gastronomic experience (napkins, water carafes, table decorations). However, we also offer to do all or part of the table setting so you can enjoy a stress-free evening. We arrive a few hours before dinner to set up and the service is collected by appointment.
Do I have to provide the wine for my Private Dining?
We recommend that you let us take care of the wine for your private dining. This way we can ensure that the wine matches the menu perfectly and contributes to a complete gastronomic experience.
