We offer customized solo masterclasses, courses from 2-8 people as well as larger groups up to 30 people. e.g. teambuilding.
You'll learn how to handle and prepare some of the most superb ingredients that the fields, land and waters around us offer. We follow the seasons and you can look forward to getting your hands on Txogitxu beef, Bresse chicken, Norwegian scallops, turbot, Danish black lobster, Bora Bora vanilla, truffles, Danish asparagus and other exclusive ingredients that are currently at their best.
We are uncompromising when selecting raw materials and you will work with sustainable, gently caught fish, meat from responsible producers and local vegetables in season
You learn everything from scratch
Starting from scratch, you'll learn how to handle the ingredients, preparation, cooking and tasting - and not least serving, so you can create a beautiful, aesthetic experience on the plate.
You will be taught the techniques and master filleting, boning, trimming, paring, alloying, frying and all the gastronomic craftsmanship needed to create an extraordinary dining experience.
We enjoy wonderful wine, beer or non-alcoholic alternatives along the way and at the end we sit down and enjoy the good food together.
