We never suggest fixed menus and rigid package solutions, because no two dreams are the same. But we make it easy for you, because once we've listened, we tailor the menu and dining experience to your wishes, ensuring a well-executed party from start to finish. We're also happy to help with solutions for the bar, late-night food - and the beautiful venue that will house your party.

LINE & MADS 2. SEPTEMBER 2023
Line and Mads were married in Marmorkirken, and our efforts started with bubbles and wedding cake on Kvæsthusbroen by Ofelia Plads. It was quite simply one of the most beautiful weddings we have ever attended.
The 80 guests then took a harbor tour, got off at Copenhagen Island and were escorted in bicycle taxis to Cph Foodspace for a reception with snacks and even more bubbles. The reception offered small bite-sized servings of chicken chips, salted scallops and fried crab.
They were then led to the table where they enjoyed the 3-course menu that we had created based on their wishes. The menu featured freshly caught cod, Danish organic beef, as well as white chocolate and berries, all accompanied by excellent wines.
After dinner, coffee, liqueur and filled chocolates were served. The rest of the night was a party where they danced until dawn.
At 2am we served sliders for the night owls, and there were plenty of them after the energy bursts on the dance floor.
